Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and unwind before your treatment. We can't wait to welcome you to Siwi Spa! If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that the next client is not delayed. We appreciate your punctuality and respect for our staffs' time.
Refund Policy
At Siwi Spa, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To maintain fairness and protect our staff, please note that all services rendered are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you.
Deposit Policy
To ensure fairness and avoid last-minute cancellations, we're introducing a deposit policy. Going forward, a deposit will be required to secure appointments. Please note that: - If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will be non-refundable. - 30min-1hr services: $25-$35 deposit - 90min services: $65 deposit.We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your spot. Please note that you will not be charged unless you fail to comply with our Cancellation Policy. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the total services scheduled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. However, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy. Please note that our cancellation policy is in place to respect the time and expertise of our staff, as well as to maintain the highest level of service for all our clients.
Please note that a $15 chargeback transaction fee may apply.
Rescheduling: - We're always flexible and happy to reschedule without any extra charges.
Add on service
To add the massage, please book at least one main treatment. You can then add the massage as an additional service.
Please note
Tip option available at checkout forgift bookings. If visiting in person, you're welcome to tip after service, if desired.
Check the gift card's terms
You can use the remaining balance for future spa services, but unfortunately, gift certificates can't be used for tips.
