Thank you for choosing Siwi Spa—we truly appreciate your business.Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. We kindly ask for your punctuality out of respect for our staff’ time.Please complete the deposit within 2 hours when you booking so we can confirm your appointment with our staff and secure your time slot. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received and are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Refund Policy

At Siwi Spa, all services rendered are non-refundable. This policy helps us maintain fairness and protect our staff. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Deposit Policy

To minimize last-minute cancellations and ensure fairness, a deposit is required to secure all appointments.Deposits are non-refundable once paid due to transaction and processing fees.If you cancel with less than 72 hours (3 days) notice or do not show up, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge with at least 72 hours’ notice.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

 

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows may be charged 100% of the total scheduled service.We understand emergencies happen and may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.This policy helps us respect the time and expertise of our staff and continue providing exceptional service to all clients.

 

Please note: A $15 chargeback transaction fee may apply.

 

Rescheduling Policy

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice.

 

Gift Card Policy

All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds or exchanges.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Remaining balances may be used for future spa services.

Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities.

Massage add-ons require booking at least one main treatment. Add-on services can be selected during booking.GratuityA tip option is available at checkout for gift bookings.In-person guests may tip after service, if desired.
