SIWI SPA POLICIES

Booking 

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrivals may have a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest.

A deposit is required within 2 hours of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received.

Tips Policy

For gift bookings, you may leave a tip at checkout if you would like to cover the gratuity.

If booking for yourself, you may tip your staff member directly by cash or Zelle after your service.

Groups of 3+ Party Booking Policy 

An 18% service charge will be added to the total bill for groups of 3 or more. This goes directly to the staff who take care of you. Additional gratuity is optional.

Deposits & Cancellations Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 72 hours (3 days) notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A $15 chargeback fee may apply.

Service Time Policy

Service times include preparation and cleanup. Arriving late does not extend the scheduled appointment time. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the appointment may be canceled.

Refunds Policy

All services rendered are non-refundable.

Gift Cards Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Remaining balances may be used for future spa services. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity

Add-Ons Policy

Massage add-ons require at least one main treatment.
